Starting Monday, May 4th, Ecostar’s production facility is again operational, following the Italian Government decision regarding the restart of main industries activities.
Following the March shutdown, Ecostar enters Phase 2 as well, and reopens the production plant, reorganizing some of the activities in compliance with the safety regulations with the utmost attention to the safety of staff and clients.
To protect the health of employees and clients, all prevention measures will be respected both in the production plant and in the offices. All the spaces will be regularly sanitized, the office personnel will be taking turns, while inside the production plant the staff will have staggered hours and the work will be organized in order to ensure the minimum safety distances.
Given the new measures, the Ecostar team is now able to best respond to clients’ requests concerning the shipment of the ordered machinery, the on-site assistance in Italy, and deliveries of spare parts all over the world.
The back office team that has been working remotely for the past weeks is again in the office, taking turns, and is now fully equipped to offer customers the needed support, whether it’s about the functioning of the Ecostar machines within operating plants, assistance, or any other sort of information that might help you.
